Rewriting the Next Chapter After Stroke
3.6.26
A Virtual Presentation
Who: Tsgoyna Tanzman, MA, CCC-SLP, Life Coach
Author of Hope After Stroke
When: Wednesday, March 25, 2026 / 10:00–11:00 AM Pacific Time
In this practical, compassionate talk, Tsgoyna helps survivors and caregivers name the “lost chapter” (identity + grief), learn simple tools to begin the rewrite (breath, small wins, micro-rituals), and step into a new narrative where hope is action and life moves forward—one doable step at a time. Participants leave feeling seen, steadier, and equipped with strategies they can use the same day.
In this talk, we will:
- Name grief and identity loss
- Learn 1-2 calming breath tools
- Find small steps that help each day
- Build hope with action
To receive a Zoom invitation to the workshop, please email info@strokesupportassoc.org with your first name and email address. You will receive the invitation on March 24.
(Regular support group members will automatically receive an invitation)
